Annuleringsbeleid

1. ANNULERING EN UITVOERING: De partijen erkennen dat in geval van een annulering de werkelijke schade van MOONLIGHT STUDIOS moeilijk vast te stellen is. De partijen komen verder overeen dat de volgende annuleringskosten een redelijke schadevergoeding vormen voor MOONLIGHT STUDIOS voor een dergelijke annulering. In het geval van een annulering worden er minimale annuleringskosten in rekening gebracht van ($nader te bepalen) van de totale huurprijs van de evenementenruimte van $nader te bepalen. De uiteindelijke annuleringskosten worden bepaald op basis van een glijdende schaal en op basis van de datum van annulering. De volledige structuur van de annuleringskosten staat hieronder vermeld. Datum van annulering Percentage verschuldigd bedrag: Tot 180 dagen van tevoren 50% 179 dagen tot 30 dagen van tevoren 75% 29 dagen of minder van tevoren 100%

Om de veranderende behoeften van de evenementengemeenschap te ondersteunen, is Moonlight Studios een samenwerking aangegaan met Sound Investment en een livestreamstudio aan onze faciliteit toegevoegd. De studio is voorzien van een LED-wandset en kan worden omgevormd om op alles te lijken, van een redactiekamer tot de Taj Majal - de mogelijkheden zijn letterlijk eindeloos. De studio is ontworpen om de hoogst mogelijke productiewaarde te bieden en stelt presentatoren in staat om gemakkelijk in contact te komen met hun thuispubliek. Als gebruik in de studio op dit moment geen optie is, kan onze controlekamer worden gebruikt als een productiehub die uw livestreams op afstand een gepolijste look en feel geeft.
