Annuleringsbeleid

De aanbetaling voor evenementen die niet in de Arena zijn, wordt niet terugbetaald als de annulering plaatsvindt binnen negentig (90) dagen na de bijeenkomst. De aanbetaling voor Arena-evenementen wordt niet terugbetaald als de annulering binnen zes (6) maanden na de bijeenkomst plaatsvindt.

Naast concerten, theaterproducties en sportevenementen kan de arena worden gebruikt voor het organiseren van vergaderingen, congressen, beurzen en banketten. De vorm van de hal is in feite die van een hoefijzer, met uitschuifbare stoelen voor meer vlakke vloeroppervlakte. De totale vloerafmetingen zijn 235 voet lang, 120 voet breed (met ingetrokken stoelen) en 87,6 voet hoog. De spanten beslaan in totaal 294 voet om een kolomvrije arena en toeschouwersruimte te creëren; 57,5 voet is het laagste punt boven de begane grond. Naast de Arena-verdieping zijn er vijf vergaderzalen beschikbaar. Deze kamers omvatten de Oregon Trail Room, Mormon Trail Room, Bridger Trail Room, de Summit Room en de Conference Room. De drie „Trail” kamers zijn elk ongeveer 860 vierkante meter groot, met uitschuifbare wanden ertussen die uitkomen op een totaal van 2.580 vierkante meter. De belangrijkste Summit Room is ongeveer 3.820 vierkante meter groot en heeft ook een uitschuifbare muur die verbinding maakt met de drie 'trail'-kamers. Alle vier de kamers kunnen afzonderlijk worden gebruikt, of met ingetrokken wanden voor maximaal 350 personen in banketstijl.
