The House of Agnes staat op de tweede plaats met 'sterren' en dateert uit de 15e eeuw. Het werd in Charles Dickens' roman 'David Copperfield' bij naam aangeduid als het Huis van Agnes Whitfield, die uiteindelijk de tweede vrouw van David werd. Het is centraal gelegen en heeft de grootste ommuurde tuin van Canterbury en gratis off-road parking.
