Over ons

Alpine-City-Wellness Hotel Dominik ligt in de oudste wijk van Bressanone/Brixen, niet ver van het centrale plein. Gelegen aan de rivier de Rienza, tegenover de Rapp-tuinen met hun eeuwenoude kastanjebomen, ligt het op slechts een paar minuten lopen van de oude stad met zijn romantische portieken, vele winkels, restaurants en bars, de indrukwekkende Duomo en het bisschoppelijk paleis met het beroemde Diocesaan Museum. We hebben onze nieuwe vergaderzalen zo ontworpen dat ze aan alle specifieke vereisten voldoen. U kunt kiezen uit drie kamers: 100 m², 35 m² (met een mobiele scheidingswand) en 46 m². Deze kamers, helder en vol licht, zijn ontworpen volgens de Feng Shui-principes: de harmonie van materialen en kleuren stimuleert het denkvermogen, en een ultramodern airconditioningsysteem garandeert een ideaal klimaat tijdens uw hele functie.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
