In een kleine rustige straat aan de oevers van de rivier de Weser ligt Hotel ÜberFluss, Bremen's eerste lid van Design Hotels. Tijdens de bouw werden onder de fundamenten stukken van de stadsmuur ontdekt, evenals de overblijfselen van vier gemetselde kamers uit 1184 na Christus. Het hotel verwerkt zijn historische architecturale erfenis in zijn ontwerpschema in combinatie met een strakke, eigentijdse aanpak. ÜberFluss, wat in het Duits 'overvloed' betekent, is Bremen's optimale locatie voor ontspanning en vitalisatie. Het gedempte kleurenpalet komt tot leven met af en toe uitbarstingen van energieke donkerrode of paarse tinten in het bijna volledig zwarte, witte en metalen decor. Sommige van de 51 kamers zijn voorzien van baden en douches die uitkomen op de kamers zelf, terwijl de suite comfortabel beschikt over een bubbelbad en een Finse sauna van waaruit gasten kunnen genieten van het uitzicht op de Weser. Hotel ÜberFluss ligt in een rustige zijstraat naast de rivier de Weser, dicht bij het oude stadscentrum. Het hotel ligt op 5 km van de luchthaven en op korte afstand van het centraal station en de snelweg.
