Annuleringsbeleid

Beëindiging vanwege annulering van het evenement. In het geval dat de Klant het Evenement wil annuleren, zal de Klant Convene hiervan zo snel mogelijk schriftelijk op de hoogte stellen. In geval van een annulering moet de klant de annuleringskosten betalen die zijn vermeld in het informatieblad van het evenement („Annuleringskosten”) aan Convene, plus belastingen. De partijen zijn van plan dat de annuleringskosten een vergoeding vormen en geen boete. De partijen erkennen en komen overeen dat de schade van Convene veroorzaakt door een annulering van de Klant voor het gemak onmogelijk of zeer moeilijk nauwkeurig in te schatten is op het moment van de annulering, en dat de annuleringskosten een redelijke schatting zijn van de verwachte of werkelijke schade die zou kunnen voortvloeien uit een gemakshalve annulering van de Klant. Op voorwaarde dat de klant deze overeenkomst niet anderszins heeft geschonden, is de betaling van de annuleringskosten (plus administratieve kosten en belastingen) de enige aansprakelijkheid en de volledige verplichting van de klant en de exclusieve remedie van Convene voor elke annulering van de klant voor het gemak. Als de Klant na uitvoering van de Overeenkomst verzoekt om het Evenement opnieuw te plannen, wordt het Evenement behandeld als een annulering.
