Beperkingen voor faciliteiten

Speciale gebeurtenissen waarbij sprake is van aansprakelijkheidsproblemen moeten worden goedgekeurd door het personeel van de TCEA. Er worden geen eigen cateringdiensten aangeboden, maar de klant heeft de mogelijkheid om te kiezen uit een lokale cateraar voor de behoeften van de groep.

Annuleringsbeleid

Annuleringen moeten schriftelijk bij TCEA worden ingediend. Het volgende annuleringsbeleid is van toepassing: - 30 dagen voor de datum van het evenement: 25% van de totale huurprijs wordt ingehouden door TCEA. - 14-29 dagen voor de datum van het evenement: 50% van de totale huurprijs wordt ingehouden door TCEA. - 0-13 dagen voor de eerste datum van het evenement: er wordt geen restitutie verleend voor annuleringen die 13 dagen of minder vanaf de eerste dag van het evenement zijn ontvangen.

Het TCEA Conference Center biedt comfortabel onderdak aan groepen van 1 tot 250 personen met functionele en multifunctionele ruimte. Om de kosten van uw evenement binnen het budget te houden, helpt onze Conference Services Coordinator u bij het kiezen van een cateraar ter plaatse zonder enige regelgeving en biedt u tijdens uw evenement korting op drankjes.
