Sinds 1927 is The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel de speeltuin van beroemdheden zoals Clark Gable, Charlie Chaplin en Marilyn Monroe. Met op maat gemaakte kroonluchters, originele tegel- en plafondarchitectuur, doet het detail denken aan de oorsprong van de stad in 1927.
