Oorspronkelijk gebouwd in 1907 als Philadelphia's Central YMCA, is ons hotel gehuisvest in een gebouw in Georgiaanse stijl van 10 verdiepingen met een intrigerende historische flair, gelegen in het hart van de zakenwijk van de stad en op minder dan een blok van het Pennsylvania Convention Center. De fijne details van het originele sierlijke houtwerk zorgen voor een waardige sfeer - en de meerdere werkende open haarden in combinatie met onze 16 meter hoge ramen van vloer tot plafond creëren een intrigerende tegenstelling die afwijkt van de typische „vergaderruimte”. Courtyard Philadelphia Downtown, een Marriott Hotel, biedt iets meer dan 9.000 vierkante meter aan vergader- en balzaalruimte, perfect voor alles van een zakelijke bijeenkomst tot een droomhuwelijk. De Trumbauer Ballroom is 2.352 vierkante meter groot en beschikt over een verfijnde omgeving met rijk freeswerk en 20' plafonds, evenals een ingebouwd podium. Naast de Trumbauer Ballroom is de Abele Library een elegante ontvangstruimte met twee open haarden en kamerhoge ramen met uitzicht op het architectonisch opvallende stadhuis van Philadelphia.

Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
