Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria zal bestaan uit 126 kamers en suites. Het hotel ligt op een toplocatie aan de Rue Royale in het hart van de stad en werd in 1909 gebouwd op verzoek van koning Leopold II. Het werd jarenlang beschouwd als een van de beste luxe hotels ter wereld en heeft in de loop van zijn geschiedenis een aantal illustere gasten verwelkomd, waaronder de voormalige Britse premier Sir Winston Churchill en de voormalige Amerikaanse president Dwight Eisenhower.
