Het Kimpton Gray Hotel is gevestigd in het historische New York Life Insurance Building, oorspronkelijk gebouwd in 1894, en dankt zijn naam aan het Georgia Grey-marmer dat de structuur al meer dan een eeuw een gevoel van verfijning geeft. De sierlijke architectuur aan de granieten buitenkant en in de lobby — met Art Deco-verlichtingsarmaturen — wordt afgewisseld met modern ingerichte kamers met fris meubilair. Tot de eetgelegenheden behoren: La Bella op de eerste verdieping, waar ontbijt, lunch en diner wordt geserveerd. Vol. 39 op verdieping twee is een intieme lounge met vergulde kaviaarkarren, cocktailklassiekers en een uitgebreide wijnkaart. Boleo op de vijftiende verdieping is een toplounge van het hotel met uitzicht op de stadskern en een uitschuifbaar dak waar u het hele jaar door van kunt genieten. Cocktails met Latijns-Amerikaanse invloeden, verleidelijk eten, levendige muziek en een strak maar weelderig ontwerp roepen de dynamische energie van Zuid-Amerika op. De evenementenruimtes zijn ronduit inspirerend in The Gray. De kamers bevinden zich op de 2e, 14e en 15e verdieping en beschikken over natuurlijk licht door de originele, gerenoveerde grote ramen.
