Het Templars Hotel & Restaurant-gebouw is doordrenkt van geschiedenis. Het werd gebouwd als privéhuis en mouterijen in het begin van de 18e eeuw, toen Baldock een favoriete drinkplaats was op de hoofdweg Great North Road van Londen naar York. Latere eigenaren waren onder meer de familie Ind, de oprichters van het brouwerijbedrijf Ind Coope. Ons restaurant biedt een prima en gevarieerd menu, met een scala aan vis-, vlees- en vegetarische gerechten en de nadruk ligt op het beste uit de Griekse en Engelse keuken. Voor zakelijke bijeenkomsten, groot of klein, maak van het Templars Hotel & Restaurant uw gekozen locatie. We hebben een ruime vergaderruimte met een groot scherm, we kunnen internettoegang, kopieer- en faxfaciliteiten aanbieden. Thee en koffie worden verstrekt bij aankomst, voor pauzes en lunch. Eetfaciliteiten zijn beschikbaar met ons doolhofmenu of we kunnen op afspraak een buffet verzorgen, geprijsd per persoon.
