Palazzo Loup Spa is een 18e-eeuws huis in Loiano, op 30 km van het centrum van Bologna en 70 km van Florence, in het hart van de heuvels van de Tosco-Emiliaanse Apennijnen. Deze historische villa, ooit eigendom van de adellijke familie Loup, werd gerestaureerd in 1990 en ligt verscholen in een oud park van 100.000 vierkante meter. Palazzo Loup was het decor van belangrijke historische gebeurtenissen en vandaag heeft het 49 hotelkamers met moderne faciliteiten, 8 verschillende uitgeruste congreszalen en een charmant restaurant met feestzalen, alles is omgeven door ongerepte natuurlijke schoonheid. In de zomer kunnen gasten genieten van het buitenzwembad en het zonneterras met een panoramisch uitzicht. Ons park het is de ideale setting voor teambuilding in de buitenlucht en allerlei vrijetijdsactiviteiten. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
