Annuleringsbeleid

INDIVIDUELE ANNULERING Alle gegarandeerde reserveringen worden alleen tot 06.00 uur bewaard op de dag na de bevestigde aankomstdatum van de deelnemer. Het hotel biedt individuele bezoekers het recht om hun kamer-/suite-reserveringen tot tweeënzeventig (72) uur voor de geplande aankomstdatum van de deelnemers zonder boete te annuleren. Afhankelijk van de wijze van aanbetaling of garantie zal het hotel de individuele deelnemer of de Master Account het tarief van de eerste overnachting en de belasting in rekening brengen voor annulering binnen tweeënzeventig (72) uur na de geplande aankomstdatum of als de persoon niet heeft ingecheckt op de geplande aankomstdatum. Alle resterende nachten van een „no show” -reservering worden geannuleerd. Niettegenstaande het bovenstaande zal de Groep Hotel een schadevergoeding betalen voor elke nacht in een kamer/suite die is gecontracteerd maar niet wordt gebruikt door de Groep, voor collectieve individuele annuleringen die het uitputtingsschema overschrijden.
