Alle soorten bedrijven zijn welkom op weekdagen en in het weekend. Het hotel is het meest geschikt voor vergaderingen van 10-250 personen. WeekendtourGroepen en sportteams zijn welkom, maar beperkt aantal kamers met 2 bedden. Direct aan twee grote snelwegen, maar het is niet luidruchtig. Vooral een tijdelijk hotel van zondag tot en met donderdag, dus groepskamers worden doordeweeks gewaardeerd. Goede locatie als je met de groep niet in NYC wilt verblijven - op slechts 15 minuten afstand. Rustige dagen zijn zondag en donderdag waarop grotere kortingen kunnen worden aangeboden.
