Hotel Parco Serrone ligt in het rustige pre-Murgiana-land, maar op slechts 3 km van de stad Corato, vlakbij het suggestieve Castel de Monte, de betoverende Trulli di Alberobello, laat staan de beroemde romaanse kathedralen van Apulië, de grotten van Castellana en de indrukwekkende „Sassi” van Matera, allemaal uitgeroepen tot „Werelderfgoed” door de UNESCO. De 46 kamers van Hotel Parco Serrone zijn groot, comfortabel en uitgerust met de modernste gemakken. Het hotel biedt ook vier vergaderzalen voor 10 tot 400 personen. Het wordt gekenmerkt door het warme welkom dat het zijn gasten altijd heeft geboden en door de elegantie en verfijning van de omgeving, waardoor het een ideale plek is om te verblijven voor diegenen die het „land van Apulië” bezoeken, zowel voor vakantie als voor zaken.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
