Hotel Montecarlo is gevestigd in een voormalig voorouderlijk paleis uit de achttiende eeuw dat in zijn oude glorie is hersteld. Het heeft twee grote binnenplaatsen en is volledig aangepast aan de behoeften en eisen van moderne gasten om comfort te bieden in de meest traditionele omgeving van Sevilla. Het hotel heeft 51 onlangs gerenoveerde kamers, elk voorzien van zorgvuldig gekozen decoratie en tegelijkertijd alle gemakken van thuis bieden. Hotel Montecarlo is trots om zijn restaurant „Triana” aan te bieden.
