Albergo Villa Casanova is het resultaat van een complete renovatie van een 18e-eeuwse Toscaanse boerderij, gelegen in een gemengd bos van 360 hectare op slechts tien minuten van Lucca. Albergo Villa Casanova is onlangs heropend in december 2009 en is nu een karakteristiek en ontspannen, luxe boetiekhotel met 14 ongelooflijk ruime suites, een restaurant en prachtige terrassen. Albergo Villa Casanova is de perfecte locatie voor dat speciale feest, van de lunch na een eerste bevestiging tot evenementen in het weekend ter gelegenheid van een verjaardag of huwelijksverjaardag. We regelen graag een geschikte manier om feest te vieren, met z'n tweeën of met een groep van maximaal 80 gasten. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
