Het MGM National Harbor beschikt over een hotel met 24 verdiepingen en 308 kamers, 50.000 vierkante meter aan vergaderruimte, 125.000 vierkante meter gaming, 18.000 vierkante meter aan luxe winkels, 12 restaurants van gerenommeerde lokale en nationale chef-koks en een theater met 3.000 zitplaatsen.
