Annuleringsbeleid

In geen geval mag de licentiehouder deze overeenkomst annuleren of beëindigen, behalve zoals hierin vermeld. De licentiehouder begrijpt, erkent en gaat ermee akkoord dat de licentiegever aanzienlijke schade zal oplopen als de licentiehouder deze overeenkomst annuleert of beëindigt en dat de licentiehouder de licentiegever voor deze schadevergoeding zal betalen zoals hierin gespecificeerd. De licentiehouder gaat ermee akkoord alle gerechtskosten en -kosten te betalen, inclusief advocaatkosten die voortvloeien uit een rechtszaak of actie die door Licensor is ingesteld om de naleving van deze overeenkomst af te dwingen. Indien de licentiehouder deze overeenkomst 183 of meer dagen vóór de eerste gecontracteerde dag van het evenement annuleert of beëindigt, zal de licentiegever de aanbetaling volledig terugbetalen. Indien minder dan 183 dagen duurt, zal de licentiehouder de licentiegever een schadevergoeding betalen zoals hieronder vermeld, en zijn beide partijen ontheven van alle verdere verplichtingen uit hoofde van deze overeenkomst. Indien 182 dagen of minder, maar 121 of meer dagen vóór de begindatum van het evenement 25% van de totale contractwaarde zoals hierin vermeld. Indien 120 dagen of minder, maar 61 dagen of meer vóór de begindatum van het evenement 50% van de totale contractwaarde zoals hierin vermeld. Indien 60 dagen of minder, maar 31 dagen of meer vóór de begindatum van het evenement 75% van de totale contractwaarde zoals hierin vermeld. Indien 30 dagen of minder 100% van de totale contractwaarde zoals hierin vermeld.
