Cancellation Policy
Group Cancellation Policies are based on contract agreements and is different for each individual group. Cancellation for Individual Travelers must be received within 48 hours prior to your arrival at 4:00PM. Cancellation within that policy would result in a penalty charge of the first night's room and taxes. You are also responsible for any applicable package and/or add-on elements, which are non-refundable.
Additional details
Our $15.00 + HST per guestroom, per night Facility Fee would apply to your group. This includes our premium high speed wireless internet throughout the resort, on-site overnight self-parking, Concierge services, and unlimited local phone calls. It also includes access to our 3-story Fitness Club, a sprawling facility that offers racquet sports, cardio and strength training, an indoor salt-water pool, sauna & eucalyptus steam and much more.
