Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 30 days from the event date will forfeit the deposit. At our discretion, events that are rescheduled may transfer the deposit to the new date. Cancellations within 14 days of your event and no-shows will be charged for the full reservation time. If you reserve additional services (chefs, instructors, stylists, florals, etc.), you will be responsible for any charges incurred by Loft39 due to the cancellation of your event.

Facility Restrictions
For security reasons, the elevator is “locked” to all of the floors of the building. Elevator is still operational, and can be controlled from the floors upstairs, but is locked from the lobby level. If you require the use of an unlocked elevator, please notify management in writing at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled event start time. Please speak with management if you need any additional clarification on elevator functionality. Accessing fire escape in the back of the building is prohibited, unless in the event of an emergency. Building alarm will sound if the fire escape door is opened. Building lobby and staircase are to be empty at all times. Storing materials in the lobby and staircase is prohibited. Smoking inside the building is prohibited. Please respect our no smoking policy. Please exit the building should you need to smoke.
