About us

Das Convene 360 Madison Avenue befindet sich in Manhattans Stadtteil Midtown East und ist ein dreistöckiger Tagungs- und Veranstaltungsort. Mit 17 Tagungsräumen auf einer Fläche von 68.000 Quadratmetern ist der Veranstaltungsort ideal für Konferenzen, Firmenversammlungen, Planungstreffen oder jede Veranstaltung, die mehrere Arbeitsräume erfordert. Der Standort zeichnet sich durch ein schlichtes und elegantes Design mit einem eigenen Willkommensschalter und einem Empfangsbereich auf jeder Etage aus. Die Ebenen vier und fünf sind durch eine zentrale Treppe miteinander verbunden und verfügen jeweils über eine 11 Fuß hohe LED-Wand, die zusätzliche Branding-Möglichkeiten bietet. Ein vollständiger Buy-out aller drei Stockwerke bietet Platz für etwa 950 Gäste, und einstöckige Buyouts haben eine Kapazität von 331, 318 bzw. 213. Das Convene 360 Madison Avenue bietet einen White-Box-Bereich, der Brandingmöglichkeiten für Kunden und Veranstaltungen bietet, ein hauseigenes Catering mit Anpassungsmöglichkeiten und ein privates Abendessen für jede Veranstaltung, A/V-Technologie im Raum, die von einem Team vor Ort unterstützt wird, und spezielle Ressourcen für das Gastgewerbe. Der Veranstaltungsort ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leicht zu erreichen und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Grand Central Station.
