“Explore 37 stories of New York Urban Living” Concorde Hotel, located on 55th street between Lexington and Park Avenues, opened its doors to the public in June 2018 after a 20 year relationship with British Airways. The Concorde has a unique layout, 122 rooms, 37 floors with 4 rooms per floor and breathtaking unobstructed views. Our hotel undergone full renovation of the guest rooms completed in 2017. We are thrilled to be opening a Lobby Bar, a Restaurant a terrace and a gorgeous patio (already open). Our hotel is very versatile for both corporate and leisure, being located in the heart of Manhattan around large corporations and at the same time, 2 blocks away from Bloomingdale’s, 6 blocks from Central Park, Rockefeller Center, MOMA, 5th Avenue Shopping area.
Cancellation Policy
GROUPS Policies: CANCELLATION OF INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS Individual reservations must be cancelled no later than 3:00pm, 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid cancellation charges. ROOM BLOCK GUARANTEE/ATTRITION Hotel is relying on, and Group agrees to provide a minimum dollar amount of guest room revenue (exclusive of food and beverage charges, and other non-room charges) which shall be equal to the total number of room nights set forth on the Room Block Information chart above multiplied by the contract single room rate. In the event your group should not actualize 80% of the final guest room commitment, Client will be responsible for the unused portion of the guest room commitment up to 80% of the final room block, multiplied by the contracted single group rate. The attrition damages will be reduced by the guest room revenue received from unused group guest rooms that are resold by the hotel. In the event that the hotel is completely sold out, no attrition damages will be charged. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE Rooms are available for check-in after 3:00 pm. and checkout time is 11:00 am. If for any reason rooms are not available when your guests arrive, we will be delighted to store luggage for them. We will also store luggage for guests who may require a delayed departure. CANCELLATION OF THE ENTIRE GROUP Client agrees that if the group cancels this agreement for any reason other than termination or cause or Force Majeure the Hotel will incur damages. The closer in time to the arrival date the cancellation occurs, the greater the damages will be. Therefore, Client agrees to provide written notice of cancellation to the Hotel accompanied by payment as indicated on the scale below: 31 days or more prior to arrival date 0% of projected revenue 30-15 days prior to arrival date 50% of projected revenue 14 days or less prior to arrival date 100% of projected revenue Projected revenue is computed by multiplying the total number of room blocks by the single group rate.
