Secrets Playa Esmeralda is an Adult only Hotel and admission to individuals under 18 years will not be granted. NO EXCEPTIONS. Single supplement is equivalent to the double rate per person plus 60%. CLUB categories reserved on SGL occupancy pay twice the per person rate applicable for DBL occupancy. Up to 20% of the room block can be blocked as SGL, additional rooms will be charged as DBL, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: 310 days prior to scheduled group arrival date: No cancellation Liability will be assessed. 309 -250 days’ prior group arrival: 15% percent of full net room revenue will be charge for full group cancellation 249 - 151 days’ prior group arrival 30% percent of full net room revenue will be charge for full group cancellation 150 - 91 days’ prior group arrival: 50% percent of full net room revenue will be charge for full group cancellation. 90 - 31 days’ prior group arrival: 80% percent of full net room revenue will be charge for full group cancellation. 30 days or less prior to group arrival date: 100% percent of full net room revenue will be charged for full group cancellation. Client reserves the right of cancellation without liability if the group cannot meet because of significant physical changes in the hotel caused by new construction or extensive renovation, fire damage or labor strikes. ROOM ATTRITION POLICY: (for reduction of rooms): 310 days prior to scheduled group arrival date, no room reduction liability will be assessed 309 - 250 days’ prior group arrival: 20% of the room block held may be canceled without liability. Any rooms canceled above the allowed attrition schedule will be charge 35% of full net room revenue. 249 - 151 days’ prior group arrival: 15% of the room block held may be canceled without liability. Any rooms canceled above the allowed attrition schedule will be charge 35% of full net room revenue. 150 - 91 days’ prior group arrival: 10% of the updated total room block may be canceled without liability. Any rooms canceled above the allowed attrition schedule will be charge 50% of full net revenue. 90 - 31 days’ prior group arrival: 5% of the total room block may be canceled without liability. Any rooms canceled above the allowed attrition schedule will be charge 80% of full net revenue. Within 30 days to group arrival: Cancellations and No shows will be charged 100% of full net revenue.
