Het huidige gebouw werd voltooid in 1956 en is de tweede generatie Tsutenkaku. De hoogte van de toren is 103 meter met de bliksemafleider. Het is gemaakt van 350 ton ijzer en staat symbool voor de Nieuwe Wereld.
