Het Nairn Community Centre bevindt zich in Nairn, Schotland. Nairn loopt voorop bij het promoten van kunst en cultuur naast de meer traditionele activiteiten in het gemeenschapscentrum. Dit lichte, moderne, aanpasbare gebouw met uitstekende conferentie- en kunstfaciliteiten is een essentieel onderdeel van de gemeenschap geworden. Het theater biedt plaats aan maximaal 300 zitplaatsen, waarvan 158 in verschillende lagen en tot 142 in de flat. Naar behoefte kan een draagbare enscenering worden verzorgd. De conferentieruimte heeft een grote lichte ruimte die geschikt is voor trainingen en vergaderingen, met een pauzeruimte voor maximaal 50 personen, afhankelijk van de gewenste indeling.
