Serafina was Maurizio’s grandmother, and the name of her eponymous restaurant in the heart of Trastevere (Rome), where Maurizio first began making pizzas at the age of 14. There are currently no quarantine in California, no mask mandate in Northern California and meetings (indoor or outdoor) are allowed at full capacity. Safety remains our priority and hygiene measures have been heightened along with use of PPE and access to our 16 acres only for in house guests.

Cancellation Policy
