HOTEL OVERVIEW Located in the foothills of California’s Santa Cruz Mountains, CordeValle is a secluded luxury retreat in an extraordinary setting just 30 minutes south of San Jose and 45 minutes north of the Monterey Peninsula. Conveniently located just off the spacious lobby of the clubhouse, the meeting area offers three boardrooms, a multipurpose room and ballroom that can accommodate gala events up to 150 guests. GUESTROOMS & SUITES At CordeValle, each accommodation is a private sanctuary in the midst of a picturesque countryside. All 45 rooms feature a king bed, goose-down comforters, original artwork, flat-screen TV, fireplace, oversized washrooms with jetted tub and shower, walk in closet and wet bar/mini bar. Guests may choose from fairway guestrooms, bungalows, fairway homes and villa suites to enjoy thoughtful amenities and breathtaking views of the valley. MEETING & EVENT SPACES CordeValle offers 4,400 sq. ft. of indoor meeting space and 3,965 sq. ft of outdoor event space and specializes in pairing meeting space with a scenic backdrop and impeccable service. From think tank discussions and corporate celebrations to executive board meetings, the hotel ensures that all events are something to remember. At their premier meeting venues, guests will have the chance of conducting their business meetings against the lush setting of CordeValle's rolling hills and vineyards. • Ballroom with adjoining Rose Garden Terrace is 2,600 sq ft with natural light and views of the golf course. The ballroom offers an entire wall of French doors that opens up onto the Rose Garden Terrace where al fresco meals can be enjoyed. • Oak Boardroom with adjoining Oak Terrace seats up to 24 guests and offers a beautiful terrace with views of the golf course. The terrace space is the perfect place to add a little bit of fun by way of bocce ball or putting! • Willow and Sycamore Boardroom each seat up to 12 guests for an intimate dinner or meeting • Redwood Room with adjoining Redwood Terrace is a flexible meeting event space which can seat up to 40 people for dinner or 25 for a meeting. The privately gated terrace can host meals or refreshments. • Bocce Garden is a new event space which offers 2 bocce courts and beautiful gardens for an extra special dining experience or a creative activity like the CordeValle Farmer’s Market! • Il Vigneto Dining Room can be a private dining location for breakfast and lunch any day of the week. It can also be made private for dinner Monday thru Thursday. The space offers a covered terrace with firepit for pre and post receptions. • Lion’s Peak Grill offers private al fresco dinners. Enjoy the fire pit after dinner with a Deluxe S’mores Bar! FROM SAN JOSE & SAN FRANCISCO Take Highway 101 South approximately 30 miles (70 miles from San Francisco) to San Martin Avenue Exit. Take San Martin Avenue Exit, go West (right) to the first stop light (Monterey Road). Turn left at light onto Monterey Road. Turn right at the next light onto Highland Avenue. Follow Highland across Santa Teresa (stop sign) through our guard gate into CordeValle. FROM THE MONTEREY PENINSULA Take Highway 101 North approximately 45 miles to the San Martin Avenue Exit. Turn left onto San Martin Avenue (West) to your first stop light (Monterey Road). Turn left at light onto Monterey Road. Turn right at the next light onto Highland Avenue.
