The “eco-conditionality policy” is a new initiative to encourage organizations to prioritize sustainability. Organizations can get up to 10% off rental fees at the Palais des congrès de Montréal (Montréal Convention Centre) when they take tangible actions to host sustainable meetings, and Business Events Montréal will add up to 10% to their incentive offer.

*General conditions: Sustainable development actions during the event must be undertaken (conditions apply). RFPs must transit through Business Events Montréal (BEM). Your event must take place before December 31, 2029. This offer is for new group business confirmed by December 31, 2025, and it excludes rescheduled groups. The offer is valid for groups or events that will be held at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Offers are based upon availability and some exceptions may apply. Incentive will be paid after the event and upon presentation of supporting documentation.
