Idéalement situé sur le parvis de l'hôtel de ville conçu par les célèbres architectes Jean Nouvel et François Fontès, le Courtyard by Marriott fait partie du centre économique et stratégique de Montpellier. Autour d'un patio, l'hôtel prend place au cœur d'une zone verdoyante au bord du Lez. Facilement accessible en voiture, l'hôtel se trouve à 10 minutes du centre-ville historique et culturel en tramway et est également accessible depuis des lieux clés tels que Corum, le parc des expositions, l'Arena et l'aéroport de Montpellier. L'hôtel propose 123 chambres (3 suites design), 5 salles de réunion donnant sur le patio/la piscine ou le parvis de l'hôtel de ville. Et également un restaurant traditionnel et méditerranéen alliant design et lignes épurées avec un lounge bar. Un centre de remise en forme, une piscine extérieure et un patio font partie des services de l'hôtel.
