Het vakantieoord Fattoria di Vibio ligt op een plek waar we wonen en waar we onze gasten delen en ontvangen. Het resort bevindt zich op Localita Buchella in Monte Castello di Vibio. Het resort biedt goed ingerichte kamers voor een comfortabel verblijf. De interieurs zijn opnieuw ingericht met een zorgvuldig oog om de originele architectonische kenmerken van dit type accommodatiegebouwen in dit deel van Italië intact te houden. Ideaal gelegen op iets meer dan een uur rijden van Rome en op 600 meter boven de zeespiegel tegenover de middeleeuwse stad Todi, biedt de Fattoria di Vibio een idyllische omgeving voor vergaderingen, workshops, trainingen of conferenties. De „Salone degli Olivi” heeft een capaciteit van maximaal 100 deelnemers.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
