- Malmö Arena is a cash-free venue – all payments must be made by card. - Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the arena. - At selected events, bag checks and security screenings are conducted at the entrance. - Batteries for electric bicycles and e-scooters are not permitted inside the arena, due to fire safety regulations. - Wheelchair-accessible seating is available (53 spaces + companions) - Hearing amplifiers are available in limited numbers and must be reserved in advance. - No outside food or beverages may be brought into the venue. - Photography and recording may be restricted depending on the event organizer. - Cloakroom service is available.
