Cancellation Policy

Renter must inform the Venue in writing not less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the Event, as outlined in the rental agreement. The Renter will be refunded the entirety of the deposit paid, less a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) cancellation fee. Should the Renter fail to provide the Venue with 30 days notice, the Renter is liable for the entirety of the rental fee.

Situated in the heart of downtown, Actors Theatre of Louisville is a convenient location for all your guests, be they local or out-of-town. There are several hotels just a few blocks from the theatre as well as variety of museums, dining and entertainment. The theatre complex includes 3 unique theatres, several lobby spaces and four rehearsal halls. A portion of the complex is located in the historic Bank of Louisville building. Built in 1837, the breath-taking Sarah Shallenberger-Brown Lobby is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
