Denae's Diner - This first-floor, indoor-outdoor spot is a modern-day take on the 1950s roadside diner, serving all-day breakfast staples like chicken and waffles and "smash" burgers. ÜCA Terraza - A Tulum-inspired rooftop oasis where guests can enjoy Yucatán-influenced cuisine and handcrafted cocktails while surrounded by lush greenery and 360-degree skyline views. The Lobby Delphi Lounge - A hybrid space featuring "barista-turned-bartenders" who serve La Colombe signature roasts by day and transform the area into a craft cocktail haven by night.
