Annuleringsbeleid

Als het Evenement door u wordt geannuleerd om welke reden dan ook, behalve vanwege overmacht, binnen de volgende tijdsperioden, is het volgende percentage van de huurprijs onmiddellijk verschuldigd aan Middle Temple: - 6 maanden of meer voor het evenement: 25% van de huurprijs; - binnen 3 maanden na het evenement: 50% van de huurprijs; - binnen 6 weken na het evenement 75% van de huurprijs; of - binnen 2 weken na het evenement, de volledige huurprijs (plus, indien het evenement door Middle Temple zou worden verzorgd, een toeslag van 50% van de cateringkosten).
