Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT If the Client cancels a conference, function or bedrooms reserved in conjunction with a function, the following charges will be due. In each case, the percentage charge applies to the estimated total for the event as outlined in - For cancellation between 52 weeks and 12 weeks prior to the start date - 30 %. - For cancellations between 12 weeks and 8 weeks prior to the start date - 50 %. - For cancellations between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to the start date - 80 %. - For cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the start date - 100 %. The Company will waive or refund at its own discretion all or portion of assessed cancellation fees, in the event that lost revenue can be recovered by the sale of cancelled or released space to another client.

For more than 100 years, The Royal Horseguards has graced the banks of the Thames. Its architectural heritage has earned it Grade I listed status, and made it one of London’s most iconic buildings. The hotel is near Westminster and offers luxury accommodation, with many of its rooms overlooking the Thames. This Central London hotel is just yards from Charing Cross mainline railway station and Theatreland, Covent Garden, the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye are on the doorstep. Yet with its renowned 1212 restaurant, bar, and lounge, and 13 fully-equipped meeting-rooms in both the hotel and in the adjacent One Whitehall Place, you need never set foot outside the hotel. One Whitehall Place was built in 1884 to accommodate the National Liberal Club. The venue has ornate and decorative original architecture and interior design, and boasts the largest unsupported marble staircase in Europe. One Whitehall Place covers two floors of this historic building, consisting of eight function rooms accommodating up to 650 reception, some overlooking the River Thames and London Eye. Perfect for any prestigious event, including conferences, meetings, dinners, receptions and fashion shows to name a few!
