CANCELLATION POLICY: 1-5 Rooms/1-6 Nights: If cancelled before 12.00 noon GMT on day of arrival no charge will be made. One night cancellation fee will be charged to no shows and late cancellations. The hotel can sometimes accommodate earlier check in times, please enter in the special request box, however this cannot be guaranteed, and is reflected on how busy the hotel was the night before. If for any reason buses are not working, the hotel will not cover any costs for going and returning to the O2.Each room is entitled to one return bus ticket per person.
