Set overlooking the tree lined “People's park” in Limerick's historic Georgian quarter, No. 1 Pery Square is an iconic luxury, intimate boutique townhouse Hotel & Spa. No. 1 boasts 20 bedrooms, delicious food & wine at Brasserie One, situated on the first floor with great views of the Georgian streetscape. The holistic Irish Organic Spa housed in the vaulted basement is a real urban retreat and the ideal choice for a Spa break in Limerick. No. 1 offers a highly distinctive stylish & exclusive atmosphere for all kinds of private entertaining. Private lunches, brunches, dinners, wine tasting, food tasting, meetings or weddings, we can a special plan for all private events. Ideally nestled in Limerick’s Georgian Quarter, the understated elegance of No. 1 is a perfect intimate wedding venue. Weddings are accommodated on a private hire capacity and enable you and your guests exclusive use of the house. We can accommodate up to 85 persons comfortably in our Drawing Room or Brasserie. Our private terrace/garden is perfect for summer receptions. We accommodate all types of business functions. The boardroom is the ideal venue for meetings, strategy and brainstorming sessions, presentations, training seminars and product launches.

The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!
