Over ons

Hotel Eden ligt in Levico Terme, in de Valsugana-vallei. Levico is een charmant resort in de buurt van de heldere Levico- en Caldonazzo-meren en is omgeven door prachtige bergen zoals de berg Panarotta, de Lagorai-keten en het Vezzena-plateau. Levico en de Valsugana-vallei zijn het ideale startpunt voor verschillende wandelingen in de regio Trentino Alto Adige en in de Dolomieten. Het hotel is gebouwd in 1892 en ligt naast het kuuroord, op een steenworp afstand van het centrum van de stad en op 800 meter van het meer. Het hotel biedt standaard, superior en deluxe kamers, evenals de suites. De kamers zijn allemaal goed uitgerust en goed ingericht. Het heeft ook een lounge, conferentie- en restaurantzalen met een elegante setting.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
