WeidumerHout is located on the eleven-cities-tour-route and Heerenveen, Sneek and Franeker located at less than twenty minutes away, WeidumerHout is with right situated in the heart of Friesland : the green heart, with vast meadows and special, ancient terpvillages. Frieslandhotel WeidumerHout is housed in a characteristic Friesian 'head-neck-body' farm from 1867. Although now provided with all modern comforts, the agricultural history of this special building has been preserved where possible. The choice has been made for a simple and functional design with a very individual and warm style. Friesland Hotel WeidumerHout has an attractive meeting room available, most suitable for trainings or meetings of up to fifteen persons.

Moreover, we really try to provide insight and discovery about the city you are visiting. Who doesn’t enjoy traveling, movies, music, games, and room escape challenges? We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
