El Lodge, Carfraemill, está situado en el cruce de la A68/A697, a la entrada de las fronteras escocesas y a solo 21 millas al sur de Edimburgo. Carfraemill es su segundo hogar y ofrece una comida excelente, un gran confort y el mejor servicio de Escocia. Hay diez habitaciones diseñadas de forma individual con inmaculados baños en suite que son encantadoras, elegantes y cómodas, y ofrecen al viajero exigente lo mejor de la hospitalidad de Borders y una buena noche de descanso. Disponemos de seis habitaciones dobles. Dos habitaciones dobles y dos habitaciones familiares que constan de una habitación con cama doble y una habitación contigua con literas para adultos. La sala Campbell tiene capacidad para un máximo de 150 delegados al estilo teatro, pero también es una sala ideal para sesiones de entrenamiento que requieren una forma de U, una sala de juntas o un cabaret. La carpa para fiestas, que está disponible de mayo a octubre y se encuentra junto al hotel, tiene capacidad para hasta 300 personas. El Conservatorio es ideal para reuniones pequeñas, almuerzos o cenas privados o como área de descanso para reuniones más grandes en la sala o galería Campbell.
