Facility Restrictions

Vdara’s exceptional and intimate service extends to the meeting spaces – specializing in smaller groups from 10 to 300 guests. Meetings held at Vdara are handled by our experienced staff, in spaces designed with nature and flexibility in mind. Up to 16,500 square feet of ground-level conference space provides a convenient setting for intimate meetings and food & beverage gatherings. The only thing planners have to think about is what they would like to put on their customized menu.

Cancellation Policy

All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 a.m. only on the day after attendee’s confirmed arrival date. Hotel allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date.
