Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation, the following liquidated damages will apply, plus applicable government taxes: 0–90 days prior to arrival: 90% of Room Night Revenue and 70% of Banquet Food & Beverage Revenue. 91–180 days prior to arrival: 80% of Room Night Revenue and 50% of Banquet Food & Beverage Revenue. 181–365 days prior to arrival: 50% of Room Night Revenue. For purposes of calculating the above time periods, the first day prior to arrival shall be the day immediately preceding the first contracted arrival date.
