All deposits are non-refundable and transferable only to the specific booking these terms and conditions refer to. Subsequent payments made towards the booking will be subjected to the relevant cancelation period below. The following schedule will apply to any cancelled bookings - Cancellation policy - Between 24 and 16 weeks prior to event 25% of the total booking value Between 16 and 8 weeks prior to event 50% of the total booking value Between 8 and 2 weeks prior to event 75% of the total booking value Less than 2 weeks before the scheduled event 100% of the total booking value Postponement requests may be considered on a strictly case-by case basis. In the event the hotel is able to offer a postponement, your deposit will be forfeited and the booking will be subject to any applicable price increases.
