The 112-room hotel includes 2 King Balcony Suites, 4 Patio King Suites, 62 King Studio Suites, 30 Double Queen Studio Suites, and 14 Single Queen Studio Suites; numerous suites face the gorgeous outdoor patio and glimmering heated pool. Every suite is customized with an Ayres Dream Sleeper mattress, iHome MP3 player/alarm clock, flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, an executive writing desk and ergonomic chair. With over 1,000 square feet of meeting event space, Ayres Hotel Seal Beach offers two meeting rooms for social and business gatherings. The living room style lobby also offers an option for a more intimate meeting space.
