Richmond Hill City Center is a multi - purpose event venue situated in JF Gregory Park. It is designed to host a variety of event types and sizes including larger conferences with simultaneous breakouts as well as weddings and special events. The 4,000 square foot ballroom can host up to 400 guests for meetings and 280 for banquets. Our purpose-designed conference rooms meet the standards of the International Association of Conference Centers. We are the first LEED certified property in Bryan County, GA. Should you cancel or postpone your event, the advance deposit(s) shall be forfeited. In addition the following schedule of charges will apply. If written notice of cancellation is received in advance of your event date by the following schedule, charges will be assessed as follows: 91 days of more prior to event date 25% of estimated total including service charge and tax 90-61 days prior to event date 50% of estimated total including service charge and tax 60-31 days prior to event date 75% of estimated total including service charge and tax 30-0 days prior to event date 100% of estimated total including service charge and tax
