From a distance, the hotel looked ok but was nice and clean inside. The staff there was GREAT. We spent three nights there with about 200 people. Food and service was much better than most. Front desk was great. Clinton who was my server at breakfast was too. Spoke to Jeffrey Crump who was Director of Banquets and commented on his staff. He was very proud of them and rightly so. Hats off to everyone there at the hotel. Oh and Let’s Go Blues!”“Jeff and Jason have always done an amazing job for our corporate events. Amazing attention to detail and the best service. What a fantastic place to stay. The look was beautiful and modern, Service/Staff was excellent and welcoming, the room was also very clean with the coziest bed I’ve ever slept in hotel-wise, and by far the BEST FOOD I’VE EVER TASTED IN ANY HOTEL. I’ve been traveling all over since I was in college (8 or so years) from different parts of Texas, Georgia, Missouri, New York, Louisiana, Arkansas, and North Carolina. All the hotels could learn so much from this one. Till then, this is my NUMBER 1 CHOICE for high quality guaranteed stay."

The Billy Graham Library is a public museum and library documenting the life and ministry of Christian evangelist Billy Graham. The 40,000-square-foot (3,700 m2) complex[1] opened to the public on June 5, 2007.[2] The library is located on the grounds of the international headquarters of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association in Charlotte, North Carolina, a few miles from where Graham was reared. The library is styled after a dairy barn, with a mechanical "talking" cow, to reflect Graham's farm-based childhood.[1]
The main galleries within the library showcase numerous presentations, pictures, music, artifacts, and voices from throughout Graham's ministry. One gallery is entirely devoted to Ruth Bell Graham, the wife of the evangelist. There is a dairy bar café and bookstore called "Ruth's Attic." All visitors enter the Library through doors at the base of a 40-foot (12 m) glass cross. Also located on the Library grounds is the Prayer Garden, where Ruth Graham was buried on June 17, 2007.

The oldest structure, and the reason for the museum’s location, is the Hezekiah Alexander House, a 5,000- square foot rock house. The Hezekiah Alexander House is the oldest surviving house in Mecklenburg County. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it was built circa 1774 and still stands on its original site.
