Yes, We provide eatable straws, plastic straws are provided only upon request. We provide paper bags instead of plastic bags (upon request).

Yes, All bedding, towels and bathrobe are packed in a bag inside the room and transported immediately to the laundry where they are washed at high temperatures with specific ECOLAB products.
