Cancellation policy: More than 60 days prior to the event, 25% fee; within 31-60 days of the event, 50% fee; and less than 30 days of the event, 100% fee applied.

Conference Chicago offers year-round guest suites, summer housing accommodations and on-premise dining services. Overnight guests have the added benefit of using the building's fitness center, recreational/game area, garden terrace and laundry facilities. Housing accommodations range from fully furnished studio apartments to suite and apartment-style units. This facility is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Chicago; steps away from public transportation with easy access to O’Hare and Midway Airports and Chicago’s major train stations A renovation of the conference center took place between December 20, 2010 through January 14, 2011. As a result of the renovation, Conference Chicago has created a more professional environment and has increased its classroom capacities.
